Each Signal Core strategy package, when delivered to a licensee, is a versioned bundle of the following artifacts. Specific contents vary by package.
Implementation in one or more target platforms (thinkScript, Pine, Java, or other languages as appropriate). Inline documentation, version-controlled.
Documented parameter sets including lookback windows, thresholds, and regime-conditional logic. Tied to specific markets, timeframes, and conditions.
Reproducible test harnesses with documented data inputs, test windows, and evaluation metrics. Provided for licensee diligence and ongoing maintenance.
Specification documents, integration notes, and operational guidance written for a competent quantitative-development team.
Controlled material covering non-obvious logic, derivations, and design choices. Released under confidentiality protections.
Ongoing maintenance during the license term: bug fixes, platform-compatibility updates, and licensee-coordinated calibration revisions.
All Signal Core strategy IP is licensed exclusively through a single master license. Downstream commercialization, sublicensing, and customer-facing relationships are handled by the master licensee and its approved sublicensees.
